BOOKING/CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Panorama-Camping Lesachtal Regarding the choice of pitches, we would like to draw your attention to the following: We try to accommodate space requests, but there is no guarantee or claim for a specific place number. Changes to the pitch number are possible at any time, even one day before arrival. No notification will be given in the event of a pitch change. Cancellation conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations: Cancellations are only accepted in written form (letter, e-mail, Whats App), in exceptional cases also by telephone. 1) 1 month to 1 week before arrival date 50 % of the total price. 2) 7 days before arrival date 90 % of the total price. 3) In case of early departure (for various reasons), the total price will be charged according to the price list/reservation confirmation. 4) If you, as a camping guest, do not come on the day of the arrival reservation (for whatever reason), we will charge a cancellation fee of 100.00 % of the reservation. 5) Weather conditions (current, forecasts or previews in various apps, media, Raido, TV etc.) are not a free cancellation reason To save your unnecessary costs caused by a cancellation, we recommend that you take a travel cancellation insurance! Pitch size and facilities The campsite has 20 pitches of 50 m² each. On the site there are seven supply and disposal points for chemical toilet as well as 7 supply points with three Euro sockets each. For grey water we have created a disposal possibility directly at the driveway. You can reach our campsite via the asphalt access road. The individual pitches are parcelled, paved with gravel lawn and are for a motorhome size up to 8 m length aligned. Free WIFI at the swimming pool kiosk and in the ‘Kleines Berghotel‘. Showers, sanitary facilities and adventure pool Below the campsite you will find the solar-heated adventure pool Lesachtal. Here you enjoy free admission as a camping guest! The campsite is open from mid-MAY to mid-OCTOBER!
